Attitude is more important than education, money, current circumstances, past failures, successes and what other people think, say or do. It is more important than looks, talents and skills. It can make or break a Home, company or person. My family’s late friend, mentor and Legendary Motivational speaker Zig Ziglar says, “Attitude not Aptitude Determines our Altitude”.

The best part is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we embrace for that day. We cannot change the inevitable but we do a choice how we act or react to what happens. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to us and 90 % how we react to it. The bottom line is we get to choose our daily attitude and our effort. And, the choices we make concerning these two things will determine our ultimate destination… Choose wisely!

My daughter and I have a ritual we do everyday when I drop her off for school…

She gives me a kiss and a hug and says “I love you”… I say “I love you too have great day”!!!! As she’s walking up the sidewalk towards the school It’s… “See you later alligator… After while crocodile… Bye-bye butterfly…I love you”!!!!!

Today I couldn’t fight back the tears as I remember the children that aren’t going to school today or coming home…And their Parents

I have felt the LOSS the Parents are experiencing right now and my heart hurts…I know all to well of the sleepless nights, the anger, the sadness the loss of trust, hope & faith that is to come with this type of grief!

You see, when the shock wears off ,everyone goes back to their lives and the tv cameras leave…The hardest thing to do everyday is to get out of bed and LIVE…Your life is Never Ever Ever the same and you have to learn how to live again with teeny tiny steps every day!!!

We need not walk alone. We are The Compassionate Friends. We reach out to each other with love, with understanding, and with hope.

Our children have died at all ages and from many different causes, but our love for our children UNITES us. Your pain becomes my pain just as your hope becomes my hope.

Peace & Love to all my compassionate friends…May God help ease the pain!

Dearly beloved
We are gathered here today
2 get through this thing called life

Electric word life
It means forever and that’s a mighty long time
But I’m here 2 tell u
There’s something else
The afterworld

A world of never ending happiness
U can always see the sun, day or night

So when u call up that shrink in Beverly Hills
U know the one – Dr Everything’ll Be Alright
Instead of asking him, “how much of your time is left?”
Ask him, “how much of your mind, baby?”

Cuz in this life,
Things are much harder Than in the afterworld . In this life..Your on your own….. (Prince)

See, on the flip side!!!! No matter which side you were on…WE as a Nation, we will survive this 2…..

Promise Yourself

• Hope shines brightest when the hour is darkest.

• Hope motivates when discouragement comes.

• Hope energizes when the body is tired.

• Hope sweetens when the bitterness bites.

• Hope sings when all melodies are gone.

• Hope believes when the evidence is eliminated.

• Hope listens for answers when no one is talking.

• Hope climbs over obstacles when no one is helping.

• Hope endures hardship when no one is caring.

• Hope smiles confidently when no one is laughing.

• Hope reaches for answers when no one is asking.

• Hope presses toward victory when no one is encouraging.

• Hope dares to give when no one is sharing.

• Hope brings the victory when no one is winning.

• Hope gives us the strength and the courage we need to make the most of life.

Some people are better at setting Goals than others, most of the time we just don’t take time to write our Goals down on paper.

When your eyes see a goal written it becomes embedded into your subconscious mind which is a very powerful part of the Human Brain.

Last year my Dad lost his battle with Liver Cancer. Afterwards I found myself getting more and more down and maybe a little depressed. I was wondering around in circles most of the time trying to get things done but frustrated because I wasn’t accomplishing much.

When I realized this was happening I quickly started to read good positive things , listen to healing music and set some new goals on paper (which I highly recommend).

I feel I am am an average person and I thought “ if I’m feeling these things then you might be too”. So, here’s a few things I learned :

Start with baby steps…..

1. Make a Daily Goal list….. (this can be anything from taking a shower to attending meeting or time for yourself). It’s important that you mark off or check each goal you accomplish.

2. Make a Weekly Goals List …. This can be anything that you can accomplish in 7 days. Like listening to great music or a book on tape while in the shower… LoL!!!! Seriously it’s a great time for listening and thinking. Also set some specific action steps for business and personal accomplishments you want to achieve each week.

3. Make a Monthly Goal List…. This could be bigger goals like exercising, losing weight or targets you want to achieve at work. You Should write these bigger goals down in a journal or Dream book. It is important to track your progress, consistently set new goals and always be honest with yourself.

Lastly… share your Goals with encouraging and uplifting Friends who will support you. Everybody needs a support system…and from time to time we all need a little help!!!!

Here if you need ME.

There is story of a man called
Ordinary who also lived in the land of familiar . One day the Dream Giver told Ordinary that he could be a somebody but first he must leave the land of familiar and search for his big Dream…. Well Ordinary was scared because the other nobodies that had left for the land of promise had come back and told stories about the Border Bullies and Great Giants.

When Ordinary left the land of familiar he was shocked that these border bullies were people he knew and cared for, were now blocking his vision of the bridge to his BIG DREAMS. But Champion came and helped Ordinary bust through the border and explained to him why the bullies didn’t want him to cross the borderland.

You see “when you left your comfort zone, You really shook up theirs. Each of them have something to loose if you go forward……. Most Border Bullies have concerns that can help you clarify your plans. That’s how a Dreamer turns opposition into opportunity.

So when bullies try to block your way remember that what matters most is who you choose to please.

(I got from a highly recommended book titled “The Dream Giver” and put some of it in my own words…to be continued)
